On behalf of IRIDA HOLIDAY APARTMENTS, we are pleased to inform you that the area of ​​West Mani has not been affected by covid-19 and remains a safe travel destination.

Our priority is always the safety of our customers.

Regarding this unprecedented public health crisis, our hotel closely monitors the health and safety protocols issued by national and international authorities (EODY, WHO, ECDC). We, therefore, take all necessary measures to comply with the rules of hygiene and social distancing, in order to protect the safety of our staff and customers.

 

We have appointed a coordinating team and an action plan to prevent the occurrence and effective management of possible suspicious cases in order to limit the expansion of staff and guests in accordance with the recommendations of EODY.

The staff has been trained in compliance with the protocol of the accommodation and strictly adheres to the basic protection measures against COVID-19: observance of hand hygiene, physical distances from guests, and other staff, in all workplaces and hotel areas.

We are in the process of obtaining a Health Insurance Certificate.

In our effort to secure, we ask for your understanding and participation in the new daily life.

Cleanliness

The cleaning of all areas of the hotel is done at regular intervals during the day, with ECOLAB detergents and disinfectants as well as with the use of sodium hypochlorite (bleach).

 

The rooms are cleaned at the request of the customer and disinfected with KARCHER steam vacuum cleaner at very high temperatures> 80., And with detergents and disinfectants.

 

The hotel's laundry is washed in a cooperative laundry compliant with all safety protocols at very high temperatures above 70 οC (washing and drying). Housekeeping staff is equipped with all the protective equipment set by security protocols.

Check-In & Contact the Group

 In the reception of our hotel, there is the appropriate marking to maintain a distance of 1.5 m to protect our customers during check-in and other occasions, such as. We would recommend that you avoid using documents for your communication within the hotel.
